The website at golemkin.com (the “Site”), the Golem Kin Games name and branding, and related online services described in these Terms are owned and operated by Loveridge Digital LLC(“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

Golem Kin Games is a trade name used by Loveridge Digital LLC. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of the Site or our intellectual property to you.

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Site and related services provided by Loveridge Digital LLC, including our newsletter, contact and support forms, and games portfolio.

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction to consent to online services) to use the Site. If you are under 18, you represent that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

You represent that any information you submit through the Site is accurate and that you have the right to provide it.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site for lawful personal or internal business purposes related to learning about our products and contacting us for support.

You agree not to:

• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable law or third-party rights.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, our servers, admin area, or related systems.
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Site or circumvent security or authentication measures.
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access the Site except as permitted by our robots.txt or applicable law.
• Transmit malware, spam, or harmful code through forms or other inputs.
• Impersonate Loveridge Digital LLC or any other person or entity.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site or its infrastructure.

Golem Kin Games, a brand of Loveridge Digital LLC, publishes digital game development assets and tools on the Unity Asset Store. Purchases, downloads, licensing, refunds, and support for those products are governed primarily by Unity Technologies' terms, policies, and the specific End User License Agreement (EULA) attached to each asset — not by these Site Terms alone.

When you buy an asset from our Unity publisher page, you receive a license to use that asset under Unity's and the asset's license terms. You do not acquire ownership of the underlying intellectual property except as expressly granted in the applicable EULA.

Support requests related to purchased assets may be submitted through our Site contact form or by emailing support@golemkin.com. Including your Unity invoice number helps us locate your purchase.

The Site and its content — including text, graphics, logos, branding, layout, software, WebGPU demonstrations, and portfolio materials — are owned by Loveridge Digital LLC or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Except for the limited license in these Terms and any separate license granted when you purchase our products, no rights are granted to you. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written consent.

“Golem Kin,” “Golem Kin Games,” and related marks are used by Loveridge Digital LLC and are protected as applicable. Unity and the Unity Asset Store are trademarks of Unity Technologies.

When you submit information through our contact form, newsletter signup, or other Site features, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use that information to operate the Site, respond to you, provide support, and maintain records as described in our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for the content of your messages. Do not submit confidential information you are not willing for us to process for support purposes. We may retain support correspondence as needed to resolve issues and improve our services.

If you subscribe to our newsletter, you consent to receive occasional emails about product releases, WebGPU and web development updates, and studio news. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any newsletter email or by contacting us at support@golemkin.com.

We aim to keep email volume low. Subscription details and how we handle your email address are described in our Privacy Policy.

Our games portfolio showcases projects and materials for evaluation or demonstration purposes. Unless otherwise stated, you may not redistribute, commercially exploit, or reverse engineer portfolio materials without our written permission.

The Site may link to third-party websites and services, including the Unity Asset Store, hosted games, and external documentation. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components, or that WebGPU, browser, or Unity-related information on the Site will meet your specific project requirements. Technical guidance is provided for general informational purposes.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LOVERIDGE DIGITAL LLC AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100) OR (B) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US DIRECTLY THROUGH THE SITE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability; in those cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Loveridge Digital LLC and its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Site, violation of these Terms, infringement of third-party rights, or unlawful conduct in connection with the Site.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site or any feature at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or if necessary to protect the Site, our users, or our rights.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law — will survive.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Material changes may also be noted on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence apply.

Before filing a formal legal claim, you agree to contact us at support@golemkin.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. If informal resolution fails, disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
